In each episode the TV crew visits one country and draws attention to human tragedies and hardships. The key objective of the series is to show the way, the way out of a desperate situation. To show that there is a possibility to move forward.

Two shifts childhood
The “Two shifts childhood” episode presents the life of children in Bangladesh where the Educo organisation tries to change the destiny of working children through education. Dominika Kulczyk meets the representatives of Educo and children supported by the organisation. Children who need to get up early in the morning to work in sewing rooms and collect garbage. The aim is to make it possible for them to at least work and learn at the same time and in this way pave their way to a better future.
Sentenced to Marriage
“Sentenced to marriage” is a story about three brave and proud women who refused to be intimidated. They have escaped so as to free themselves from the shackles of premature marriage, rape and humiliation. Such girls are supported by the charismatic head of Yenege Tesfa, Nigisti Gebreslassie. Dominika Kulczyk met the head of the organisation in Ethiopia to support her in her endeavours.
